We take pride in the way we ship our products. We make sure we are shipping with reliable materials so that you get your items the way we intend for you to receive them. Rising costs across the board including vinyl production, shipping materials, and licensing fees where applicable have also impacted this.
SPR uses multiple pressing plants for different releases. Although we do our best to represent the finished product in our mock ups, the nature of vinyl and pressing a unique product is exactly that, unique, and as such that it is almost impossible to be 100% accurate to a digital mock up made to represent hundreds of copies made by hand.
We try to keep pre-orders as short as possible, however, due to release schedules, it is sometimes necessary to have an extended pre-orders. Our priority is to get both the best sounding and best looking vinyl into your hands. Quality takes time. We feel these wait times are worth it. Please read estimated shipping dates before pre-ordering a vinyl release.
Yes. We are committed to our customers receiving undamaged vinyl. This means we ship all vinyl orders outside their jackets, inside a quality sleeve.
On the rare occasion that your product is damaged in transit, please contact SPR customer service at email@example.com and we will provide either a replacement product or refund depending on stock availability.
