He and Josh Johnson had wanted to collaborate for years, but it took Mitch's two bouts with cancer to make clear the music couldn't keep waiting. Josh brought in Johnny Ortega, and a cold message to Andrew Hulle after nearly a decade of silence completed the lineup.
